1. General

Terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products, which are based on www.abartwatches.com. By placing an order you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in execution of the order. A cancellation of the order is possible at any time.

 

2. Contract terms and prices

Prices in our offers and order confirmations are binding. The Swiss-VAT (8.1%) is included in all prices for deliveries within Switzerland. For all deliveries outside Switzerland the prices are excluding the Swiss-VAT. The country-specific VAT and customs duties are charged directly by the forwarder in the recipient country and can’t be influenced by us.

If possible, articles that are not in stock will be reshipped. If an article is not available, we will contact you by email or phone. If the item is no longer available, the customer gets his money back. fashiontime ltd strives to provide accurate product information. Our product descriptions and prices stated during the order process are subject to confirmation and non-binding. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

 

3. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by the Swiss Post. The goods shall be examined immediately on arrival for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Information on delivery times are not binding.
Transport damage shall be reported and documented immediately, latest within five calendar days. fashiontime ltd strives to deliver all ordered items as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within two to six working days from the end of the day the order is placed. We are unable to commit to when an order will be delivered due to the number of external factors which can affect this. fashiontime ltd is entitled to partial deliveries. Partial deliveries will be sent free of charge.

 

4. Return

A return is possible within 10 days of receipt by sending to:

Goods must be in original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the delivery note. The postage costs for returned goods are not taken over by us.

 

5. Warranty

According to these warranty provisions, fashiontime ltd grants you a 2-year warranty on your watch, beginning on the date of purchase. The international warranty covers both material and manufacturing errors. The warranty only takes effect if the warranty certificate has been completed correctly and in full by us. The manufacturer warranty does not cover the following:

• Wearing parts such as the battery, watch glass and leather strap.
• Damage that results from improper treatment, a lack of due care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Any consequential loss or damage caused by usage, failure to work, imprecision or defects in the watch.

 

6. Privacy Policy

All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with other companies.

 

7. Lliability

fashiontime AG exclude within the legally permissible provisions from any liability for the sold and delivered products.

 

8. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Switzerland. fashiontime ltd reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions anytime. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of the registered office of fashiontime ltd.
